Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Task and ResponsibilitiesHandle administrations tasks of sales and HR;Be a liaison between GMP and Client;Dealing with email enquiries and diary management;Arranging meeting, conference facilities, and taking minutes of meeting;General office management such as ordering stationary, etc;Arranging both internal and external events;Providing administration support to team;Perform other administration task as necessary Qualifications and ExperienceHold diploma or bachelor degree in accounting, business administration and in any major related;Have min 2 years similar position experience from consulting firm is strong plus Excellent in using Microsoft Office Able to communicate in english ( both oral and written) is strong plusStrong verbal and written communication skills;Excellent interpersonal skills: Honest, Positive, Highly initiative/proactive;Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision;Keep attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized;Strong time manager with respect for deadlines;Multitasking, responsive and willing to learn new things;BenefitsAnnual Bonuses, THR, A path towards career, Laptop, BPJS, and Self Improvement through both internal and external trainning.
